This has become our favorite carrier for weekend outings. My cat enjoys being close to me, and I like being able to keep an eye on him the whole time.
The X-back straps really help spread out the weight. Even with my larger cat, it feels balanced and doesn't strain my shoulders.
The adjustable opening lets my cat look around without feeling loose. She spends most of the walk watching everything instead of trying to hide.
We use this for walks around the neighborhood and trips to the pet store. It's comfortable to wear and much easier to interact with my cat along the way.
Carrying my cat in front makes such a difference. I can check on her anytime without taking the backpack off, and she seems much more relaxed when she can see me too.
