Product Use & Safety Notice

Last updated: July 24, 2026

HiDREAM products are designed to support everyday pet travel, walking, recovery, and care. Safe use depends on the individual pet, correct product selection, proper adjustment, supervision, maintenance, and the environment.

1. Choose the Correct Product and Size

Review the product-specific description, dimensions, weight guidance, size guide, and intended use.

Measure your pet using the method shown on the product page. Weight alone may not determine fit.

Contact HiDREAM before ordering when uncertain.

2. Inspect and Supervise

Inspect products before each use.

Check seams, fabric, mesh, straps, buckles, clips, zippers, fasteners, frames, padding, and safety tethers.

Supervise your pet during use.

Stop use immediately if a product is damaged, loose, chewed, scratched through, distorted, or otherwise unsafe.

3. Escape and Behaviour Risk

No product can be guaranteed 100% escape-proof for every pet.

Anxious, aggressive, highly active, or escape-prone pets may require additional precautions or a different product.

Introduce a new carrier, harness, collar, or recovery product gradually and in a controlled environment.

4. Carriers and Travel

Do not exceed stated guidance.

Keep ventilation unobstructed and ensure the pet can maintain a safe posture.

Never leave a pet unattended in a carrier in a vehicle or unsafe environment.

Airline, rail, and other travel-provider rules vary and can change. Confirm acceptance, dimensions, and other requirements directly with the travel provider before travel.

Product naming or general compatibility information is not a guarantee of boarding approval.

5. Harnesses, Collars, and Leashes

Adjust wearable products so they are secure without restricting breathing or movement.

Recheck fit during use.

Do not use a damaged clip, buckle, leash, or tether.

Safety tethers inside carriers are supplementary restraints and should be attached only according to product instructions.

6. Recovery Products

Recovery collars and related products are not medical devices and do not replace veterinary advice.

Confirm suitability with a veterinarian for wounds, surgery, skin conditions, breathing concerns, or prolonged use.

Remove or adjust the product and seek professional advice if the pet shows distress, breathing difficulty, injury, or inability to eat or drink safely.

7. Care and Cleaning

Follow product-specific care instructions.

Unless expressly stated, avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, high heat, machine drying, and forceful washing that may damage structure, coatings, hardware, or padding.

Allow the product to dry completely before reuse.

8. Questions or Safety Concerns

Contact support@hidreampets.com with the product name, order number if applicable, photographs, and a clear description.
