Check Your Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check the latest delivery status of your package.


How to Track Your Order

To track your order, please prepare the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

  • The email address used to place the order

If your tracking number is available, you can check the shipment status through:

  • The carrier’s tracking page

  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email


Tracking Information Update

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean your package has not shipped. The carrier may require additional time to scan and update the shipment status.


Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery time is usually 3–6 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Other factors outside our control


Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Inventory availability

  • Product size

  • Fulfillment requirements

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Package

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Front door, porch, garage, or other delivery areas

  • Building front desk, mailroom, or reception

  • Household members or neighbors

  • Local carrier office

Tracking Has Not Updated for Several Days

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us with your:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

We will help check the shipment status and provide support where possible.
