These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hidreampets.com, including purchases from HiDREAM.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Site.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your location.
You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful purposes; interfere with Site security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the Site in an unauthorised manner; or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or payment information.
2. Product Information
HiDREAM aims to describe products accurately.
Colours, textures, and scale may appear differently because of screens, lighting, production variations, or photography.
Product dimensions and weights may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product pages, size guides, and safety notices form part of the purchase information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific information before ordering.
3. Pet Fit and Suitability
Pet size, body shape, behaviour, health, and intended use vary.
Weight alone may not determine fit.
A product name, image, or general compatibility statement is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for every pet, vehicle, airline, or situation.
Contact HiDREAM before purchase when uncertain and consult a veterinarian for medical or recovery-related concerns.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
HiDREAM may cancel or limit an order before fulfilment for:
- Inventory errors
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Address problems
- Purchase limits
- Legal restrictions
- Other reasonable operational grounds
If a cancelled order was charged, an appropriate refund will be submitted to the original payment method.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment.
HiDREAM may change prices or promotions prospectively.
Unless expressly stated, promotions:
- Cannot be combined
- Have no cash value
- May be limited by product, location, date, quantity, or customer
6. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by WooshPay or PayPal.
Additional authentication may be required.
A payment attempt may be approved, declined, cancelled, reversed, or placed under review.
You authorise the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Do not submit repeated payments if the first attempt appears pending or successful.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
Risk, responsibility, and title are allocated as required by applicable law.
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address and should inspect tracking information promptly.
The Shipping Policy applies to processing, delivery estimates, delays, address issues, loss, damage, and split shipments.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
The Return & Refund Policy applies.
Because pet products may present hygiene and safety concerns, HiDREAM does not accept change-of-mind or other non-quality returns or exchanges, including:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- A pet’s preference
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
This limitation does not remove remedies for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
- Products materially different from descriptions
- Undelivered purchases
- Incorrect charges
- Other legally protected purchases
9. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and not deceptive.
You grant HiDREAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and use the content for store operation, customer support, product improvement, and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
HiDREAM may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, images, designs, logos, graphics, product presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to HiDREAM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Site for personal shopping and related lawful purposes.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, social, or technical services.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
HiDREAM is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written commitment to you.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
HiDREAM does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with every device
- That every product will meet every pet’s preferences or individual circumstances
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, condition, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HiDREAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from Site use or a purchase.
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable matters.
Where mandatory consumer law provides a remedy, that remedy applies.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Site
- Infringement of another person’s rights
- Fraudulent conduct
- Material breach of these Terms
This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
15. Governing Rules
These Terms are governed by the laws that validly apply to the transaction and your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a court or authority available under applicable law.
16. Changes
HiDREAM may update these Terms prospectively.
The version displayed when an order is placed generally applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or benefits the customer without imposing a material disadvantage.
