We currently ship within the United States.

If shipping to additional countries or regions becomes available, the available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Some orders may be processed or fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfillment partners to improve shipping efficiency.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or promotional periods, order processing may take longer than usual.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

For U.S. orders, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–6 business days after shipment.

4. Shipping Rates

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

8. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, or if your package appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

We will help check the shipment status and provide support where possible.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Front desk or mailroom

  • Local carrier

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us for further assistance.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.

10. Taxes and Duties

For U.S. orders, applicable taxes and shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for:
